Gary’s on a mission to make healthcare accessible for all, to provide all of us as consumers of healthcare a better, more connected experience. To move healthcare to “health aware” by focusing on wellness, education, and equity.

Gary’s passion in healthcare began with his studies earning a BS in Clinical Dietetics and his Master’s in healthcare administration.  Gary has had a big focus on the sports nutrition space as well, being a competitive kickboxer, blackbelt in Karate, and professional strongman.

As the leader of the Global Healthcare and Life Science practice for Verizon business group, Gary’s focus was on providing health systems with modernized infrastructure to prepare for all the emergent tech that required faster computation, more bandwidth, and lower latency like AR/VR and various AI applications.

Prior to Verizon, he worked as a strategic leader focused on revenue growth and innovation with UnitedHealth Group/Optum/UHC, Salesforce, and Emdeon (now Change healthcare). Gary began his career working in hospital and physician practice administration with Emcare while managing emergency room contracts.
